Services We Offer For Children

We understand the importance of oral health starting at a young age, so we want to work with you to meet your child's dental needs.

Thumb Sucking Appliances

Thumb sucking in babies and young children is a normal self-soothing behaviour. Thumb sucking in very young children is typically not of concern as most children will outgrow this habit during the preschool years. Calling All Three Year Olds

If your child is nervous about seeing the dentist, don't worry! At Downtown Dental of Hamilton we take every step to ensure everyone is comfortable coming to see us. Twice a year we host an event to make the dentist fun for your little one.

This fun event is filled with exciting activities including a magician, pizza and a fun tour of the office! One of our hygienists will even let them ride the chair, put on the sunglasses and teach them about their first appointment.

We look forward to seeing your little ones soon!

From Our Team

  • Practicing good oral hygiene at home, combined with twice yearly visits to the dentist, is the key to good oral health.
