For patients looking for affordable options when it comes to replacing teeth, dentures are often recommended.
Dentures can be used to replace one missing tooth, or as many as all of your teeth.
Full dentures replace all of the teeth in the top and/or bottom section of your mouth, and are usually made from acrylic or porcelain.
Partial dentures can be used to replace one or more missing teeth, and are generally made from a combination of acrylic and metal.
James Durston, Denturist
Our denturist, James Durston, works closely with our patients who are missing teeth and helps them find alternatives. He will create, adjust, fix and clean all dentures. With over 30 years of experience in his field, James is passionate about his work. He has completed courses on implants, TMJ, denture design, oral pathology and radiology, to name just a few. In addition to making traditional dentures, he works closely with Dr. Amato to provide dentures that are supported with implants.
Many people who wear dentures struggle to keep them securely in place, especially in the lower jaw. Dental implants offer a way for our patients to keep their dentures in place so they can go about their daily lives.
