Cancellation Policy
We understand that life is full of surprises and sometimes things will come up that may prevent you from attending a booked appointment with us, however we do require 48 hours to make any changes to your appointment whenever possible. There is a $75 administrative fee applied to your account for any missed or cancelled appointments for which we do not receive at least 48 hours’ notice. This will help us to manage our schedule and keep our focus on providing you with the best dental care possible! Please contact our office for more information.

For your convenience, we will gladly submit dental claims directly to your insurance plan.
For any outstanding fees that are not covered by your insurance provider, we kindly ask that the balance is paid at the end of your appointment.
Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance under any government social service programs, ODSP, OW, and Healthy Smiles.
The following methods of payment are accepted:
- Cash
- Cheque
- Debit
- Visa
- MasterCard
Courtesy Calls
We are pleased to provide courtesy calls to remind our patients that an appointment is approaching. Please ensure that our office has your up-to-date contact information so we can reach you prior to your appointments.
